Driving Home

Just a few shots from the drive home. I took the old camera with me. I’m still nervous about bringing the new one to work but I guess there’s no point in having it if I don’t take it out, right? My photography mentor at work can probably give me tips on it, anyway.

I missed getting a shot of a really decrepit old barn in the area. I drove past a couple weeks ago, and it had been replaced with a brand new building 😦 I love the old ones. I’ll have to make a point of going out in search of some soon, before they all disappear.

Hi DD, I am gad that you are making more use of your camera and yes bring out the big gun;) I am sure it is a DSLR once you start learning the function and all the possibilities of other type of photos you can make by controlling the look you won’t want to put it down. I must say you are a crazy chick to drive and take photos, lol, but the outcome came out beautifully. Favorite is the first with the tree and last with the house and shed. Keep snapping! Or as some photographers say, “keep shooting”, lol

hahaha, yeah, I guess crazy is the word for it 🙂 I don’t do it often, and it’s a lot easier with my little old camera, rather than the new one. And I don’t do it if there’s a lot of traffic, I try to do it when I’m the only car in sight so if I crash, it’s just me getting hurt!
